In the AFA Team Kommunikation & Vernetzung, we develop strategies, produce content, and accompany exponents during relevant appearances, both internally and externally. Networking is just as important to us: with events for our stakeholders and with new, attractive channels, we maintain and strengthen relationships -- with companies, specialist partners, and within the AFA. As of 1. January 2027, we are looking for you as an editorially strong, design-savvy personality for the responsibility area Internal Communication. Your tasks: * Editorial work and further development of internal news formats (AFA 2030 News, portraits <<Menschen auf ZHub>>) * Further development and management of our intranet ZHub, including the creation of editorial guidelines * Definition and maintenance of a uniform AFA appearance (CI/CD), including visual world and color palette * Creation and maintenance of the Office templates for all AFA employees * Development and training of the Corporate Language AFA * Participation in internal events and projects Your profile: * Higher education in the field of communication, editorial, journalism or comparable * Experience in internal communication and editorial work, ideally with an intranet or CMS * A sense for design, CI/CD and visual communication * Structured, careful and independent way of working * Enjoyment in collaborating with a wide variety of internal stakeholders * Stylish German We offer: * A versatile function with a lot of creative freedom awaits you: You will actively help build the Internal Communication area and significantly shape how the AFA presents itself internally.
