Cook or Restaurant Specialist with agogic training

The association HOP! Züri offers programs for unemployed people in the field of gastronomy and hospitality. Up to 30 participants work in our restaurant and in the lingerie.

We support the participants professionally and personally with the goal of reintegration into the primary labor market.

Cook or Restaurant Specialist with agogic training, workload 60 - 70 %, temporary employment ##

Your role:

• You will be deployed in the kitchen and/or in service depending on your skills
• Working hours are from Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm as well as a maximum of one evening shift (banquets)
• The restaurant is closed on weekends and public holidays

Your profile:

• You are a trained Cook EFZ, trained Cook EFZ or a trained Restaurant Specialist EFZ, trained Restaurant Specialist EFZ
• You have basic training in work agogics or have proven experience in the work agogic environment
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience (Chef de Rang, Chef de Partie)
• You are a flexible, communicative personality with high social competence
• You enjoy working with people from different cultures
• You have good oral and written expression in the German language and your IT user skills (MS Office) are solid
