You receive customers in the store and are responsible for receiving orders, technical consulting, and processing orders. You process and track orders and clarify product questions with our suppliers. With commitment, you advise our customers in the store and by telephone regarding products, prices, delivery times, as well as technical or organizational matters. In short: You are the link between our customers, our suppliers, and the internal departments.

We are looking for a team player and responsible personality who enjoys interacting with customers. Training as an Electrical Installer EFZ is mandatory. You have a flair for entrepreneurial thinking and acting and possess MS-Office skills. You are used to working independently. Your stylish German in speech and writing and your communication strength round off your profile.
