Your tasks

• Independent management of financial accounting with a focus on general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Participation in monthly payroll accounting and in all matters of personnel administration
• Preparation and creation of VAT returns as well as support in monthly and annual financial statements
• Active assistance with tax returns for private and corporate clients
• Processing of the entire order process from offers, tenders and order confirmations to invoicing, post-calculation and construction guarantees
• Relief for project management in the administrative area, handling correspondence and processing incoming mail
• Receiving guests, managing the telephone switchboard in the languages German, French and English as well as taking on further organizational tasks

Qualifications

Your profile

• Sound commercial basic training as well as in-depth knowledge in finance and accounting, preferably with corresponding further training
• Several years of practical experience in accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting)
• Experience in VAT matters and in closing work, preferably supplemented by initial practice in the tax area
• Existing basic knowledge in payroll accounting and HR administration is an advantage
• Proficient German as well as good language skills in French and English
• Reliable, structured and independent way of working, strong understanding of numbers as well as a customer-oriented appearance
