What awaits you You lead a team of 8 to 15 employees, are responsible for projects from CHF 300'000 to into the millions, and ensure that technology, quality, deadlines, and profitability are correct. Calculation and sophisticated technical concepts are not new territory for you, but we are looking for more than that: someone who thinks ahead, questions, and helps shape things. Whether it is more efficient assembly processes, new business fields, or completely new ways that you find together with the team -- we look forward to your ideas. Technically proficient, experienced in plant construction, and confident in dealing with demanding projects. * You enjoy leading.
