School assistant for childcare, Schule Kolbenacker, 29 %

We are looking for a school assistant to reinforce our childcare team, starting immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until 23.04.2027 (option for extension).

Tasks ##

• You support the childcare team in childcare and the catering area. The team is led by a childcare manager.
• You perform a workload of 29% on 5 days per week, each from 11:00 to 14:00h and work in a team of 4.
• In the catering area, you work together with another childcare assistant.
• In addition to working in the home childcare center, you hold a substitute function during absences in the childcare team.

About us ##

We are a large school community in Zürich-Nord with 18 schools. We derive our pedagogical attitude from the concept of New Authority and thus meet the daily challenges in everyday school life together and effectively.

The City of Zürich is divided into 7 school districts. The school district Zürich-Glattal includes the neighborhoods of Affoltern, Seebach and Oerlikon and counts around 6500 school-aged children. Since the year 2002, all our 18 schools have been managed. All after-school care centers are assigned to a school unit. The after-school care centers that belong to a school unit are managed by a childcare management.

The Mittag- /Abendhort Kolbenacker Ettenfeld belongs to Schule Kolbenacker in Zürich Seebach. In this after-school care center, up to 30 students from kindergarten are catered for and supervised daily. The children's after-school care center is open from Monday to Friday from 11.55 to 18.00.
