What you achieve with us Independent project management from A–Z: You are responsible for construction projects from planning to successful handover. Planning skills are required: Construction times, budgets, tenders and awards are your territory. Organizational talent: You coordinate trades, clients and all project participants and ensure a smooth construction process. Quality at the highest level: With your trained eye, you ensure compliance with standards and the quality of execution. Shaping leadership: You are the central contact person for all project partners and control deadlines, costs and quality. What you bring 3-5 years of experience in construction management, conversions and renovations: You know what matters. Solid training as an architect, civil engineer, dipl. construction manager or technician HF Hochbau. Creating structures: You maintain an overview, even with complex processes. Communicative leadership personality: You promote active exchange within the team and help shape our corporate culture. Digital and linguistically fit: You are proficient in using MS Office, MS Project and common construction software. Your German skills in speaking and writing are very good.
