Tasks ##

• You lead the department of Acute and Transitional Care in a goal-oriented manner and promote as well as challenge employees according to professional, social, and economic principles.
• You take responsibility for the holistic care and support of our patients
• You are responsible for quality development and ensure compliance with hygiene, care, and training regulations.
• You actively participate in nursing care and support the team.

Profile ##

• Pronounced ability for holistic and networked thinking
• Leadership training or willingness to complete such, as well as several years of practical and leadership experience, preferably in acute, long-term care, and geriatrics
• Training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Resilience, flexibility, a pinch of humor, as well as high social competence
• Good communication skills, written and oral
