We are specialists for industrial buildings and combine operational and construction planning into holistic solutions. As a general planner and total contractor, we accompany our customers from the first idea to the successful realization of complex industrial projects.

As a co-entrepreneur who also participates in the company's success, you will plan industry-specific industrial buildings with motivated teams. You will look after innovative customers from acquisition to commissioning and master demanding projects with passion and assertiveness.

Your tasks

• Taking over the leadership of functionally and architecturally demanding projects as a general planner
• Developing solutions closely and interdisciplinarily with specialist and operational planners
• Development of high-quality and innovative architecture for industrial buildings
• Ensuring efficient and digital planning of the projects
• Moderation of construction and planning meetings with all project participants
• Secure communication with authorities, clients, and specialist planners regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Support of clients with high commitment across all relevant phases
• Support in the maintenance and expansion of networks as well as customer acquisition

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in architecture (or comparable qualification) and several years of corresponding professional experience, ideally in an industrial construction environment
• Experience in project management and in dealing with clients
• Ideally initial experience in the Life-Science, Food, Plast, or Technology environment
• Passion and flair for design and good industrial architecture
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
• Affinity for digital planning methods (e.g., Revit, BIM)
