Clerk Finance and Accounting

bhz is a non-profit building cooperative based in Zürich-Altstetten. We offer affordable, healthy living space in a well-maintained environment and currently manage 777 residential units.

Our office team currently consists of 7 employees. The F&R department is looking for a clerk to support the head of department in their daily work. Your tasks: varied and diverse

Accounts payable (coding, entry, preparation of payment run, reconciliation)

• Accounts receivable (debiting, invoicing, cleansing)
• Dunning process incl. monitoring of incoming payments and open item lists
• Reconciliation of bank and postal accounts
• Processing of general and construction-related invoices
• Processing and booking of cooperative member transactions, especially final settlements, share capital and entry fees
• Creation of tenant letters in connection with F&R
• Assistance with budgeting, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as audits, on projects, service charge statements

Software

• AbaImmo, MS Office

You bring ideal prerequisites if you possess the following skills

• Accounting administration
• Min. 3 years experience
• Exact and reliable way of working
• Loyal and committed personality
• Service-oriented
• Sound IT knowledge (AbaImmo+Office)
• Experience in the real estate sector, ideally in a building cooperative
• Proficient German in spoken and written form
• On-site deployment, ideally every day for several hours
