Technical Caretaker with Federal Diploma of Higher Education 100 % (m/f)

You have completed basic technical training – as a caretaker with a Federal Diploma (FA) or as an electrical, sanitary or heating installer EFZ, or have a comparable training in the field of building technology and the willingness to further train as a caretaker FA as a career changer.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the technical maintenance of apartments, heating centers and properties
• Good knowledge in the areas of electrical, sanitary and building technology
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility and manual dexterity
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B

Your area of responsibility

• Monitoring, control and maintenance of the building technical systems
• Carrying out maintenance, repair and restoration work
• Rectification of malfunctions as well as coordination and accompaniment of external specialist companies
• Regular inspection rounds in buildings and on the premises
• Winter service and availability for on-call duty
• Support during apartment inspections and handovers
• Contact person for tenants for technical concerns

The focus of this function lies in the technical maintenance and operation of the properties. The cleaning and care of green areas are mostly carried out by separate teams.
