HR Specialist, 100 %

For our HR department, we are looking for an HR Specialist 100% as of 01 February 2027.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for employees and management up to the level of division and department management.
• You manage time and absence management, including the processing of accident and illness cases, and take over case management for long-term absences.
• From an HR perspective, you are responsible for the processes for education management and employment references.
• You maintain the organizational management and are responsible for various reports, evaluations, and lists.
• You are the contact person and advise employees and management on the responsible topics and processes.

Profile ##

• Commercial training with additional training in HR (e.g., HR Specialist with federal diploma)
• Proven professional competence and practical experience in the field of HR, knowledge in the HR of a public administration preferred
• Proven IT user knowledge (MS-Office 365 and preferably SAP)
• Integrated, trustworthy personality with high social and advisory competence, good communication skills, and team spirit
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
