For the Man's World, we are looking for a sales-strong personality who actively approaches new customers, accompanies offers until closing, and also lends a hand with administration and event implementation. What you move * You research suitable companies and actively win new exhibitors for the Man's World * You make contact, recognize the needs of potential partners, and present suitable participation opportunities * You create offers, conduct negotiations, and accompany interested parties until closing * You reliably maintain contacts, offers, agreements, and appointments and ensure clean administrative processing. * You support the planning and implementation of the Main Event and the Side Events - especially in supporting the exhibitors and the implementation on site. * You coordinate meetings, briefings, and debriefings with internal and external stakeholders. What you bring * Education: Completed basic or further education * Specialization: in the commercial field, or in a comparable function * Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in B2B acquisition or in the sale of offers requiring explanation * Joy in independently approaching potential new customers and consistently following up on sales opportunities * Sales skill, persuasiveness, and a confident appearance in conversations with different contact persons * A structured and precise way of working: You maintain an overview even with many contacts, offers, and appointments * Willingness to reliably take on administrative tasks in addition to sales and to help out operationally at events * A completed basic commercial education or further education or a comparable qualification * German (C1) * English (B1) What we offer you * Mobility: With the unique annual leisure bonus of a total of max.
