We are looking for a Logistics Manager (m/f/d) 100% ###

Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for planning the logistics team's interventions and ensure efficient staff planning adapted to our catering and event orders
• You manage all our catering and event equipment, including furniture, kitchens, and event materials
• You guarantee the operational availability and control of our vehicles as well as their efficient use and organization
• You perform site inspections for planned events and ensure, in collaboration with the catering team, the logistical conditions necessary for successful execution
• You are the central contact for the management of our clients' facilities and coordinate the necessary logistical and infrastructural requirements on site
• You develop your logistics team and continuously optimize processes, procedures, and standards with the aim of great operational excellence and quality of service

Your profile

• You have completed training in logistics as well as several years of experience in logistics, event logistics, catering logistics, or a comparable operational environment
• You are an organizational talent, think prospectively, and maintain an overview even during multiple simultaneous events
• You have a good technical understanding and experience in managing vehicles, furniture, kitchen equipment, and event materials
• You work in a solution-oriented, reliable, and service-focused manner, and communicate confidently with clients, internal teams, and external partners
• You like to lead, encourage, and develop employees and establish clear standards for quality and collaboration
• You think in a process-oriented manner and have experience in optimizing procedures, implementing structures, and the sustainable establishment of operational excellence
