Your tasks

• You check and invoice billing-relevant service, case, and warranty data for completeness, plausibility, and tariff conformity - in both individual and mass billing
• You perform invoice corrections, cancellations, and re-invoicing in individual and mass processing
• You analyze, process, and coordinate inquiries regarding invoicing as well as complaints and rejections from all billing areas
• You take over professional correspondence and provide information by telephone to parents or legal guardians, insurance companies, IV-Stellen, cantons, and other payers

Your profile

• You have training and/or further education in the commercial sector and bring proven experience from the healthcare/health insurance sector.
• You already have experience in applying tariff systems (e.g., Tardoc, outpatient flat rates, SwissDRG, paramedical tariffs)
• Through your high IT affinity, you support us in the construction and further development of processes.
• Your initiative, teamwork skills, and quick comprehension characterize your profile.
• Additionally, you bring stylish German and good language skills in English; of course, other languages are an advantage.

Your salary ##

With a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 70'000.00 and 90'000.00 Franken per year.

The exact level of salary depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. For irregular working hours, allowances are provided in many cases. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
