• Professional care and support of patients or residents
• Ensuring a high quality of care and support
• Responsible handling of the individual needs of the persons being cared for
• Documentation and passing on relevant information
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with various professional groups
• Support of the teams during personnel shortages and in daily business

What you bring with you ###

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, FaGe EFZ, AGS or Pflegehelfer/in SRK
• In the case of foreign diplomas, the required recognition for Switzerland
• German language skills at least at level B2
• Joy in dealing with people
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Initial professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage
