To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for an analytically strong and entrepreneurial-minded personality who has already gained initial sound professional experience in accounting or controlling and wants to take the next career step in group controlling. Job Description ## • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the group level • Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes • Performance of sound variance analyses as well as preparation of meaningful management reports • Support and co-responsibility in the consolidation process of the subsidiaries • Further development of reporting, controlling, and finance processes • Analysis of business developments and preparation of recommendations for action for management • Close cooperation with local finance teams as well as various stakeholders within the group • Participation in cross-departmental projects and financial initiatives The Successful Applicant ## • Completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable field • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling, accounting, audit, or financial reporting • Good knowledge in the areas of financial statement preparation, reporting, and financial analysis • Proficient use of Excel as well as ideally experience with SAP, Power BI, or consolidation systems • Analytical and structured way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers • Independent, proactive personality with high personal responsibility • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage What's on Offer ## Would you like to contribute and further expand your experience in accounting or controlling in an international environment?
