For Ein Bus, the mobile, outreach and preventive service of the Stadt Zürich, we are looking for a motivated person as of 01.09.2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • Outreach social work: Your workplace is the public space, where you come into contact with the target group directly on site. You are the first point of contact; your flair for dealing with people opens doors and perspectives. In doing so, you carry out low-threshold counseling, take over case coordination and triage, and if necessary, accompany marginalized people with addiction and/or mental illnesses to appointments. • Prevention: You participate in missions of Surplus, a prevention project of the Stadt Zürich, and other prevention events. This is about strengthening the conflict competence of young people and about a preventive presence. • You take the concerns of visitors at prevention missions seriously and advise them according to professional standards. If necessary, you triage or network the visitors of the prevention missions or conduct crisis interventions safely and calmly. Profile ## • Degree in social pedagogy, nursing and/or professional experience in a social/nursing context • Enjoyment of contact with heterogeneous target groups such as marginalized people with addiction and/or mental illnesses, young people as well as neighborhood residents • Work assignments mainly in the afternoon to evening as well as on the weekend (with a focus on the summer months) • Driving license Cat.
