It acts as an interface between the directorates and, as a staff department, provides services that ensure the smooth functioning of the Regierungsrat as a collegial authority. The staff of the Staatskanzlei unites important internal services such as human resources, finance or IT. To strengthen our ICT team, we are looking for a personality as a Business Information Scientist, 80-100%. Your tasks * Analysis and management of existing business processes, modeling of new or optimized processes and collection of the relevant requirements. * Participation in further developments in the ICT environment in cooperation with the specialist departments. * Creation of concepts and implementation within the framework of projects in cooperation with internal bodies or external service providers. * Management and implementation of projects in the renewal of existing services and specialist applications. * Responsibility for the technical operation and the updating of specialist applications. * Support and assumption of tasks in the provision and assurance of internal support services. * Assumption of deputy roles and tasks in cantonal specialist committees and projects. Your profile * Higher education degree at tertiary level in business informatics or a related field as well as several years of experience in project management. * Analytical skills and enjoyment of an environment in which a high degree of professionalism and independence is required. * Ability to understand technical problems and their implications holistically. * Strong implementation, structured and communicative personality with an IT flair. * Technically proficient and flexible personality with a broad area of interest and application as well as enjoyment of diverse tasks and topics. * Experience in business analysis or process management. * Further training in the areas of business analysis, process management and/or project management, preferably according to the Hermes method, is desired. * Some years of experience in the public sector is an advantage. * Very good oral and written German skills.
