What awaits you

• You advise our private and corporate customers by telephone and in writing in all areas of real estate law (incl. tenancy law, contract for work and services law, property law, and insurance law)
• You analyze a wide variety of facts and solve problems in an uncomplicated and pragmatic manner in the interest of our customers
• You independently conduct negotiations with policyholders, opposing parties, and authorities
• You are IT-savvy and actively assist in the implementation of new systems

What you bring with you

• You find the best solutions for our customers efficiently and in a practical manner
• You are pragmatic, flexible, and possess strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
• You have professional experience in the field of real estate law (tenancy law, contract for work and services law, etc.)
• You possess a Swiss university degree in law
• Your German is very stylistically confident, any further foreign language is an additional plus
• Your resilience allows you to remain calm even in hectic times
