Temporary HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (80-100%) - East Switzerland / Zurich / Zug Region (3-6 months) Several of our clients in East Switzerland, Zurich and Zug are facing a short-term personnel bottleneck in HR. To ensure stable HR operations, we are looking for interim support from an experienced external HR professional who can provide operational relief and reliably cover the HR lifecycle. Temporary HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (80–100%) – East Switzerland / Zurich / Zug Region (3-6 months) Your tasks Advising and supporting employees and managers in all HR matters Independent execution of the entire recruitment process for professional and specialist roles Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (entry to exit) Reliable processing of administrative tasks and support in daily business Ensuring a professional HR presence on-site and HO Project collaboration Support in HR projects, process optimizations or digitalization initiatives Your profile Several years of activity as an HR Generalist* or HR Business Partner Experience in filling professional and specialist functions Sound knowledge of labor law Confident appearance and service-oriented way of working Experience with HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors an advantage Very good German and English skills High level of independence, resilience and pragmatic way of working - Managing Partner looks forward to your application.
