The Abteilung Trägerschaften is part of the Bereich Ergänzende Hilfen zur Erziehung und für den Vollzug des Kinder- und Jugendheimgesetzes (KJG) responsible.
In the Team Pädagogik & Qualität we are looking for a technically proficient personality from the fields of Social Work, Social Pedagogy or Educational Sciences, preferably with experience in sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe (SPF) or with a service provider in Familienpflege (DAF), starting immediately or by arrangement, for a fixed term.
Your tasks
Supervision of organizations in the area of SPF and DAF in the Kanton Zürich incl. the processing of supervisory-relevant events
Examination of submitted documents within the framework of the reporting obligation of SPF and DAF providers
Responsibility for the conclusion of service agreements with service providers in the area of SPF/DAF and for the examination of the annual reporting
Advising service providers on technical, organizational and legal questions regarding quality assurance.
Collaboration in the development of normative specifications, processes and qualitative foundations in the area of SPF/DAF
Close cooperation on financial aspects with the Team Controlling and with the service providers
Your profile
A Bachelor's degree (Uni/FH) in Social Work, Educational Sciences or in related disciplines with interest and understanding of business administration issues and without fear of numbers
Several years of professional experience in the field of child protection, sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe or in Familienpflege
Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex matters understandably, precisely and in a target-group-oriented manner.
Confident appearance as well as the ability to act clearly and constructively even in demanding conversation situations
High degree of independence, resilience and the motivation to actively move things forward
Interest in engaging oneself in a socially politically relevant environment and taking on responsibility
