For our client, quartal, in order to strengthen its team and manage various and demanding architectural projects in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an:

Experienced Project Manager or Site Manager (m/f/d)-100%

For our client quartal, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager. Given the size of the office, the person hired will be required, even in a project manager role, to also handle site management missions.

Tasks / Responsibilities

• Manage projects from execution preparation to the acceptance of works, ensuring monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Organize and supervise construction sites: setup, safety, logistics, and coordination of stakeholders
• Coordinate all actors in a project: clients, architects, engineers, companies, and specialized mandatories
• Maintain the site journal and site meetings, write minutes, and control the compliance of works with the plans
• Master tenders, bids, awards, measurements, and statements of account
• Organize acceptances at all levels, follow up on the clearing of reservations and warranty works
• Depending on the profile: structure and plan projects across all their disciplines "” content, costs, deadlines, quality, risks, and resources and ensure monitoring until the objectives are met

Profile

• Higher education in the construction field: graduated site manager / federal master, EPF/HES architect or training deemed equivalent

(An initial career as a building draftsman, completed by training in site management, constitutes an important asset.)

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in site management and/or construction project management, with proven experience in the autonomous management of projects, ideally in Switzerland
• Experience in conducting projects of significant size and complexity, from execution preparation to the acceptance of works
• Experience in the development of constructive details
• Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, SIA standards, and Swiss regulations applicable to construction
• Mastery of tenders as well as the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and execution quality
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of French, both oral and written; any other language is an asset
