As the Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows, you will serve as the operational command center for the Cadence/NOS program and continuous replenishment globally. The Cadence program is there to enable radically improved in-stock rates for On’s highest velocity items. Enabling On to achieve improved in-stock rates and lower overstock. As the Cadence product portfolio scales, you will ensure that the program will continue to run with absolute precision. Keeping global and regional stakeholders on-track to hit milestones timely and with precision.
Reporting to the Head of Responsive Programs, you will support the build out of the operational backbone for this new End-to-End way of working, coordinate global milestones, and partner with systems teams to automate the processes where possible. To lay the foundation and support the scaling of these new business model, you will simplify complexity, reduce manual work, and shield the inline planning teams from adhoc work, allowing On to scale its responsive supply chain efficiently and deliver more of the right product to our consumers worldwide.
Your Mission
- Operational Lead: Act as the global primary point of contact and coordinating hub for the Cadence program, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across merchandising, commercial, and planning to ensure timely execution.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Coordinate global program milestones and manage future season assortment intake to build a seamless ecosystem centered on continuous stock and sales planning.
- Flow Optimization: Oversee global fulfillment for continuous demand, partnering with Regional Operations to synchronize delivery capacity and eliminate load-in peaks.
- Safety Stock Governance: Lead the evolution of safety stock planning, migrating from manual processes to an industry-leading end-to-end automated solution.
- Scalable Responsiveness: Challenge the status quo to drive process improvements and establish robust, repeatable SOPs that power our responsive supply chain at scale.
- Define detailed process: As per best in class industry standards for responsive programs and NOS programs.
- Measure & publish: Key metrics that indicate program health, focusing on incremental sales and inventory health.
- Share status reports: On execution, highlight risks & identify mitigation strategies.
Your Story
- You bring 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Operations, preferably within the footwear or apparel industries.
- You possess advanced proficiency in planning systems and a deep understanding of continuous replenishment models (NOS, VMI) and inventory optimization.
- You have a proven ability to build net-new processes from scratch, translating complex supply chain realities into robust, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- You expertly synthesize people and interests, effectively managing expectations and holding boundaries with senior leadership across Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.
- You are comfortable operating autonomously to set priorities, breaking down complexity to align and bring others on board in a rapidly growing environment.
- Prior experience of Responsiveness programs is a plus.
- Ability to define & structure initiatives, develop roadmaps, track progress & highlight risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort in strategic thinking and ability to delve into operational details.
