The Frankental residential center offers a home to 41 people with neurological diseases, brain injuries as well as with cognitive and/or physical impairments and/or psychosocial abnormalities.

For our residential group for four young men from the autism spectrum, we are looking for you to complement our team immediately or by arrangement as

Your area of responsibility

• You accompany the residents in everyday life (daily structure)
• You take over activities of everyday life such as support with personal hygiene, leisure activities and maintaining the group household
• You promote and maintain the resources of the residents
• You implement medication management conscientiously
• You take over administrative tasks within the framework of the residential group and key person work
• You document in EpDok

Your personality

• You bring a completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF or FaBe EFZ
• You have experience in the disability sector (also as an apprentice)
• You enjoy working in a team, are independent and responsible
• You think solution-oriented and have good comprehension
• You maintain a friendly, appreciative interaction and are uncomplicated and humorous
