Product Owner - S2P Platform & Procurement Digitalization (w/m/d) In this role as Product Owner for the indirect procurement platform of Migros - our S2P solution, which covers the entire procurement process from the requirement notification to invoicing, you will work at the interface between the business department, IT, and external partners - and actively help shape how we integrate AI and automation into our procurement processes. What you move Customer focus: You represent the customer and user needs in the agile team and mediate the added value of the requirements Implementation: You are responsible for the implementation of features and stories based on the product strategy and manage the backlog for priority-, time-, and matter-appropriate execution Story Definition: Together with the team, you define stories, describe acceptance criteria, and coordinate dependencies Planning: You organize sprints and PI cycles in coordination with the Scrum Master, Product Management, and relevant stakeholders Transparency: You create clarity regarding risks, impediments, and dependencies, moderate agile forums, and drive the continuous improvement of the platform, including the evaluation of new technologies such as AI-supported automations Automation: You identify potential for the use of AI and automation (e.g., intelligent document processing, spend analysis, supplier scoring) and contribute these as concrete requirements to the roadmap What you bring Education: Higher vocational school Specialization: Business administration and/or technical training at FH level or equivalent Professional experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an S2P, P2P, or ERP environment (e.g., Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar) Demonstrated practical experience in the field of purchasing / procurement / process management / project management (waterfall / agile), business analysis, requirements engineering (ideally from large companies) In-depth understanding of procurement and (financial) processes in systems/applications as well as a "bridge builder" between functional requirements/business value and reliable application operation Very good knowledge of MS Office and eProcurement solutions Experience with agile working methods, ideally with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
