Architect ETH/FH as Project Manager in Client Representation, 80-100 %

For the project management area, we are looking for a new colleague due to early retirement, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You lead and coordinate client-side project teams from the preliminary design phase to the completion of construction.
• You are responsible for client-side quality management and set high standards for the comprehensive fulfillment of project goals.
• You facilitate decisions, represent your projects communicatively and appropriately for the target group, and contribute the necessary administrative knowledge.
• You know how to combine cost and schedule adherence with high-quality construction and architectural quality, as well as with ecological, economic, and social aspects.

Profile ##

• Proven project management experience in the planning and execution of complex construction projects, comprehensive project management competencies in the areas of organization, costs, schedules, and quality, experience with BIM is an advantage
• High architectural judgment and good knowledge of Swiss construction laws, norms, and standards
• Personal responsibility, commitment, communication strength, teamwork skills, persuasiveness, as well as strong social competence
• High service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, creative solution approaches for demanding questions
• Very good German skills
