As part of the buildup of our team, we are creating a new position: As an Underwriter for construction and erection insurance, you will support customers and distribution partners and serve as their central contact person for technical questions.   In construction and erection insurance underwriting, we combine two worlds: technology and insurance. Become part of it too and apply as an Underwriter for construction and erection insurance.     What you do • You analyze complex construction and erection projects and develop suitable insurance solutions for our customers • You assess technical risks, determine offer conditions, and conduct contract negotiations • You maintain relationships with customers and distribution partners and support acquisition through customer visits • You process internal construction and erection technical questions, accompany projects, and participate in risk inspections • You develop market and portfolio measures and create analyses on the development of customers, distribution partners, and products     What you bring   • Completed basic technical training with further qualification, for example as an engineer, architect, technician, or construction manager • Several years of professional experience as an underwriter for Swiss construction and erection insurance • Proactive and communicative personality with a confident appearance, good presentation skills, and negotiating skills  • Good comprehension and technical skill in handling IT programs  • Business fluent in German, other national languages are an advantage     Your contact   Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Philippe Frutiger (+41 44 628 32 20)     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 70 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Travel activity: up to 5% Hybrid working: up to 40% \#LI-Hybrid  We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
