ICT System Engineer / Citrix Specialist 100% #

In this exciting and technically demanding position, together with an experienced team, you will take responsibility for the operation and further development of a modern virtual workspace environment. You will ensure the stable operation of the Citrix infrastructure and actively participate in its expansion and modernization.

Your main tasks include the administration, optimization, and further development of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments, as well as support in the introduction of new technologies and solutions. Furthermore, you will plan and realize migrations, accompany infrastructure projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system landscape.

A further focus of your activity lies in the analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support. You will create technical documentation, develop solution concepts, and work closely with internal departments and IT specialists to ensure a secure and smooth operation of the platforms.

For this challenge, you have training in the field of informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring practical experience in the operation of Citrix environments and have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

Ideally, you have already gained experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Virtual Apps & Desktops, or Citrix Cloud. Knowledge in the area of PowerShell scripting is an advantage. You work independently, analytically, and solution-oriented, and are characterized by a high awareness of quality and security.

Very good German skills as well as good English skills round off your profile. Additionally, you value teamwork and bring the willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with new technologies.
