WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU

In this strategic key role, you shape the entire lifecycle of highly complex air defence systems - from the bidding phase to ongoing deployment. You seek an international, independent challenge and support customers directly on-site in the country of operation

• Leading customer- and self-financed development projects of high complexity in a matrix
• Leading the target definition process as well as requirements and change management
• Ensuring contract-compliant execution of orders while complying with processes, costs, deadlines and quality
• Controlling project progress as well as initiating measures in case of plan deviations
• Ensures audience-appropriate stakeholder management
• Responsible for the regulated flow of communication as a hub between customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Many years of end-to-end experience as a general project manager for large-scale industrial projects as well as sound knowledge in the field of Industrial Cooperation
• Characterized as an assertive, tactful entrepreneurial and hands-on maker personality
• Sound technical and business administration training
• Confident appearance and skillful communication at all hierarchical levels up to C-Level
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written; additional knowledge in Italian or Spanish is an advantage
• A certification according to IPMA or a comparable methodology is desired and an advantage
• High flexibility and readiness for multi-day business trips.
• Distinct abilities in dealing with different cultures and international contexts
• Previous knowledge from military service as an officer or non-commissioned officer is an advantage
