Your tasks

• Further development of nursing quality and hygiene guidelines
• Execution of various analyses of the nursing process
• Analysis and optimization of nursing documentation
• Support of the departments and the nursing team
• Taking over professional discussions with residents and relatives
• Professional support of the nursing staff

Your profile

• Dipl. nursing professional HF/FH with further training BScN
• Many years of professional experience in long-term care, gerontopsychiatry or geriatrics
• Experience in project management
• Experience in quality management
• Sound knowledge of the nursing process and documentation
• High professional responsibility and communication competence
• Pronounced advisory and conversation management competence
