TARIFF MANAGER AND HEAD OF NEGOTIATIONS

What you will achieve * You conduct negotiations with insurers regarding tariffs, prices, and services, representing the interests of the members. * You work closely with the members, especially with psychiatric and rehabilitation clinics, taking responsibility for contract negotiations, tariff issues, and the further development of healthcare and the VZK. * You play a key role in designing a demand-oriented, high-quality, easily accessible, and sustainable healthcare system, as well as in the further development of the VZK, and ensure strategy-compliant alignment. * You represent the interests of the members as well as the VZK towards partners in healthcare and coordinate and advise them. * For the Board and the Executive Management, you prepare the necessary decision-making bases, assess and prepare consultation responses, and undertake research work. * You engage in projects and contribute your expertise to negotiation delegations and working groups. * Further activities within the framework of member and association interests enrich your field of activity. What characterizes you * University of Applied Sciences or University level in Public Health, Health Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, supplemented by relevant experience in the areas of benefit procurement, tariff systems, or contract management * Ideally experience in the hospital or health/accident insurance environment, as well as in the areas of controlling, finance and accounting, or project management * Strong communication, sociable, team-oriented, innovative, and proactive personality * Negotiation skills, perseverance to achieve set goals and thus contribute to the successful future of the members and the association * Strong IT and numerical affinity, flair for conceptual, analytical, and independent work * Will to shape and motivation to take on responsibility What you can look forward to A well-positioned association with high visibility in the Swiss healthcare system and a collegial, team-oriented corporate culture awaits you, in which you can contribute your expertise effectively.
