REMISE ROSA – A place to linger! A new city garden is blooming in Zurich's District 4. Remise Rosa combines nature, architecture, and culture into a nest that is constantly evolving. For this, we are looking, by arrangement, for a Chief Runner (100%) who will take the next step together with us and continue to shape this new place. Your tasks  Leadership & deployment planning of the all-rounder team incl. training, coaching, working time, and break coordination  Overall operational support & event logistics: Cooperation in daily operations, event preparation and follow-up, recruitment cooperation, and close collaboration with management  Overall responsibility for cleanliness, order, and hygiene on the entire premises incl. storage, beverage, and economat areas  Organization and control of cleaning processes (internal, external cleaning company, laundry) before, during, and after ongoing operations  Storage, beverage, and disposal management: Orders, inventories  Beverage data recording as well as implementation of recycling and disposal concepts  Maintenance of furniture and infrastructure as well as ensuring a well-maintained guest and work area incl. clearing stations Your qualifications  Leadership experience in a medium-sized operation is an advantage  Good German and English skills  Good PC application skills (Office 365, Dropbox, Mirus, other software)  Open, honest, and direct personality  Independent, reliable, and structured way of working  Organizational and improvisation talent with an eye for detail  Team player with overview and hands-on mentality  Flexible, resilient, and open in dealing with different cultures  Willingness to perform night and weekend work We offer you  The opportunity to help shape our newest project  A centrally located workplace near Hardbrücke  Fair and contemporary remuneration  50% discount when visiting our own business in your free time, Frau Gerolds Garten  and Micas Garten  A dynamic, exciting working environment with room for initiative and creative ideas  Many other benefits, certainly including some which you will help develop
