• as general project manager and client representative, you lead demanding construction and real estate projects across the various project phases
• in doing so, you advise clients and decision-makers
• you control costs, deadlines, quality and project risks
• additionally, you lead and coordinate planners, specialist planners and companies
• contract and supplementary management is also part of your demanding area of responsibility
• the workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on preference

requirements

• you have a degree as an architect, civil engineer, construction economist or equivalent (m/f/d)
• additionally, you bring professional experience in construction project management, construction management, construction economics and / or in cost planning
• good English skills are also expected
