The Staatsanwaltschaft Zürich-Sihl in Zürich conducts criminal investigations against adults in a part of the city of Zürich.

Immediately or by arrangement, due to the resignation of the previous incumbent, we are looking for a Senior Prosecutor (80-100%).

These are your tasks: ###

• Management and organization of the office with around 60 employees as well as promotion and assessment of 8 direct reports
• Ensuring an optimal age structure of the proceedings as well as guaranteeing a balanced workload through guided allocation to the departments
• Exercise of objection and appeal competence, monitoring of key cases as well as support for case workers in complex criminal investigations
• Active interface between the office and the management of the Oberstaatsanwaltschaft through participation in cross-office projects as well as mediation and implementation of strategic projects in the office

• Several years of successful activity in the field of criminal prosecution as well as qualified knowledge in criminal and criminal procedural law
