YOUR TASKS

• Interface function for information transfer between service providers (attending physicians, clinic institutes), coding center, and payers.
• Ensuring complete and qualitatively flawless documentation
• Advising and supporting the medical staff and nursing staff regarding the form and content of medical documentation
• Supporting case-related coding in close cooperation with the medical staff

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or medical training with hospital or infirmary experience
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in medical coding or equivalent from the German-speaking region with several years of coding experience
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• Target-audience-oriented communication skills towards all stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Office programs (Excel etc.) as well as classification systems (Swiss DRG, CHOP, and ICD)
• Holistic thinking regarding processes as well as a structured and independent way of working
