The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Schweiz, Raiffeisenbanken and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and answering telephone and written end-customer inquiries. At our location Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle), we are looking for a fast-learning, flexible, service-oriented and strong-communicating personality for our increased advisory activities, starting immediately or by arrangement. Application questions instead of motivation letter Share What awaits you? ## • Telephone support for private customers • Needs-oriented advice on basic products (numbers, savings, pension, simple investments) • Active customer contact to arrange advisory appointments, direct conclusions and forwarding to higher segments • Working days from Mon - Fri with occasional assignments on Saturdays What do you bring with you? ## • Banking training (EFZ or comparable) • Experience in the support and advice of customers • Passion for customer contact and strong sales talent • Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working • Excellent German skills in speaking and writing
