Your tasks

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire personnel management (organizational and personnel development, HR control/compensation, HR processes/digitization, personnel administration/payroll, HR governance, etc.)
• Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
• Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-related topics
• Recruitment and selection of specialists and managers
• Promotion of employee development and retention
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Optimization and digitization of HR processes

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a comparable training with a focus on personnel management
• Several years of experience in a leading HR function, ideally in a national or international environment (experience in HR administration and payroll is a must!)
• Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law, further development of HR processes, HR projects
• Advantageous if coming from the banking, insurance, and/or finance environment (experience in HR system implementation or digitization)
• Able to prepare decision-making bases clearly, structurally, and in a manner appropriate to the target group
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High social competence and empathy
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• You master the MS-Office suite, including ABACUS knowledge
