On the move throughout Switzerland | Facility Management | Technology | lots of personal responsibility

Your tasks

• Independent care and control of our sites throughout Switzerland
• Recognize, prioritize and resolve technical malfunctions
• Cleaning and general maintenance of the sites
• 2nd Level Support: Perform minor repairs and manual tasks
• Decide when external specialists are necessary
• Coordinate tradespeople and service providers and follow up on pending items until completion
• Plan routes and site visits independently
• Support during new openings, renovations and technical projects

What you bring with you

• Training in caretaker services, Facility Management or a comparable technical/manual field
• Ideally caretaker with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Experience in Facility Management, in technical caretaker services or site care
• Very good technical and manual understanding of doors, locks, electrical systems and network infrastructure
• High level of initiative, good self-organization and strong triage skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Very good German, French is a great advantage, English is an advantage

Being on the move a lot is part of it

The role is not a classic office role. You are regularly and frequently traveling by car throughout all of Switzerland.

Our office is in Zürich, but your place of residence does not have to be there. We will provide you with a company vehicle for your assignments.

Your team

You are part of our technical team and work closely with the Technical Manager. You organize your daily business and your assignments largely independently.
