As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a dedicated finance specialist for our Finance and Administration department at the Zurich location starting March 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

These activities will inspire you

• Leading and further developing the 9-member team from the groups Financial Accounting, Personnel and Welfare Foundations, as well as Central Services and Real Estate
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (including consolidated financial statements) according to Swiss GAAP FER of the SUISA Genossenschaft, its subsidiaries, and the affiliated foundations
• Preparation of the annual budget. Further expansion and refinement of the financial and management accounting, which is aligned with external needs (public, media, supervisory authorities, etc.) in addition to internal requirements
• Responsible for cash management and asset management
• Further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Cooperation with the auditors and tax consultants

Controlling:

• Timely creation of periodic target/actual comparisons regarding expenses, income, finances, and investments
• Creation of the information and reporting system according to the needs of the management and the board of directors
• Analysis of the business information provided by the domestic and foreign collecting societies and preparation of corresponding comparisons and developments over several years
• Preparation of the annual medium- and long-term planning goals, together with the management and the 4 departments Services, Members, Customers, and Regulations

Real Estate:

• Leading and managing renovation projects for the company's own residential properties in Zurich

Special Tasks:

• Execution of special analyses ordered by the CEO or by the "Finance and Control" board committee
• Monitoring and executing the resolutions of the board of directors, in cooperation with the CEO
• Monitoring the correct use of the execution and investment credits approved by the board of directors, in consultation with the CEO
• Analysis of deviations and discussion of the results with the responsible bodies, as well as developing alternatives and recommendations for counter-measures
• Carrying out economic efficiency calculations for new projects
• Procurement and analysis of data as well as creation of statistics as a basis for tariff negotiations
• Participation in the general assembly, distribution and board committees, as well as in management meetings as needed with an advisory voice
• Administrative management of two foundations in the pension area
• Ensuring internal controls (IKS)

This distinguishes you

• You have a sound business education such as a Master in Business Administration or Federal Diploma Expert in Accounting and Controlling
• You already have several years of experience in a leadership position in the area of finance/accounting and controlling, preferably in a service company
• Experience in the management and implementation of finance and controlling projects
• You command proficient German in speaking and writing and bring good French and English skills
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• You are proactive, work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• You think and act entrepreneurially and work accurately and conscientiously
