Your tasks * Contact person for our patients and visitors at the reception * Professional management of the telephone switchboard with high call volume as well as triage and forwarding of patient inquiries * Administrative support for our therapists and doctors, secretarial work as well as ensuring patient documentation * Coordination of internal and external service providers and referrers * Coordination and control of authorization procedures * Organization and control of the delivery of narcotics to hospitals What you bring * A completed basic commercial training - ideally supplemented by further training or in-depth professional experience in the field of health insurance, healthcare or hospital administration * Multitasking?
