Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in owner's representation in construction ###

For our owner's representation services sector in construction, we are looking for reinforcement. Depending on your experience and personal interests, we offer you the possibility to define your professional specialty in a key role on demanding construction projects.

Take on responsibility and accompany exciting projects from the first idea, through planning, to successful completion. You represent the interests of the owner and develop sustainable, economical solutions adapted to the individual needs of our clients.

Field of activity ###

• Project management with responsibility: you take the lead on demanding new construction and renovation projects in construction with different uses.
• Global project management: you coordinate all phases of the project - from the feasibility study and concept development to planning, tendering, realization and handover.
• Stakeholder management: you ensure communication and coordination with clients, investors, authorities, user groups, specialist planners and other project participants, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Visionary advisory: you advise our clients strategically and operationally, analyze project ideas and evaluate them in terms of profitability, sustainability, functionality and quality.
• Owner's representation or advisory: in this role, you defend the interests of our clients with all project partners and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs and quality objectives.

Requirements ###

• Professional qualification: you possess a university degree in civil engineering, for example in architecture, civil engineering or another specialized discipline (ETH/FH).
• Experience in the Swiss construction sector: thanks to your several years of professional experience in Switzerland, you know the entire construction process of construction projects in all SIA service phases and now wish to manage them independently.
• Organizational and coordination talent: you enjoy structured planning and complex project management as well as collaboration with different project participants.
• Excellent communication skills: you communicate easily orally and in writing in German (C2 level or native language) and know how to formulate your concerns clearly and convincingly.
