Tasks

• Operative and strategic leadership of the cleaning area
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of subordinate employees and team leaders
• Ensuring professional, efficient, and high-quality cleaning in all
• assigned areas
• Continuous optimization of processes, workflows, and cleaning standards
• Close cooperation with the facility management and mandates departments
• Participation in budget planning, cost control, as well as the achievement of defined quality and economic targets
• Responsible for the digital cleaning system soobr
• Implementation of smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
• Material management and monitoring of material consumption
• Support in the recruitment of cleaning employees and holiday replacements

Requirements

• Successfully completed basic training as a building cleaner with EFZ and further training as a cleaning area manager with Federal Diploma of Higher Education or courses in the field of Facility Management (Dipl. Hauswart/in, HF Facility Management)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function,
• Strong understanding of service as well as high customer and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with a high awareness of quality
• High leadership, communication, and conflict resolution competence
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Resilient, flexible, and responsible personality with pronounced social competence
• Economic perspective and enjoyment in dealing with employees
• Proficient in negotiation in German and English
• Active participation in the design of innovations and further development
• Reliable personality with a confident appearance towards internal and external customers
• High awareness of quality, strong customer orientation, and impeccable manners
• Impeccable reputation
