The Center Management Glatt takes care of the most successful shopping center in Switzerland with great passion and on behalf of the owner. Your tasks ##

• You ensure the professional operation of the building management center in shift service and act as the central contact person for authorities as well as internal and external stakeholders
• You support the Head of Building Management Center (HLZ) in operational security tasks and take over their deputy role during absences
• You process fines, reports, and complaints and ensure correct data maintenance in the relevant systems
• You are responsible for access and locking management, including the configuration of access media as well as the maintenance of hardware, logbooks, and master data
• You coordinate operational offense management in the event of thefts, vehicle incidents, and police inquiries, as well as the securing of CCTV data
• You actively participate in projects and develop concepts, processes, and operational basics
• You create, maintain, and optimize operating manuals, job descriptions, and other security-relevant documentation

Your profile ##

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship as well as sound training or further education in the field of Safety and Security
• You bring experience or a high affinity for project management and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You communicate confidently in German and convince through your secure appearance and pleasant manners
• You have a high affinity for the topics of security, data protection, and compliance and possess an impeccable reputation
• You are a resilient, flexible, and responsible personality with strong skills in conflict management
• You work independently, precisely, and in a customer-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You bring a strong technical affinity, good MS Office skills, as well as the willingness to work irregular hours in shift operation
