Your tasks
You support the respective teams professionally, reliably, and as required in daily work. Depending on your training and area of application, you will undertake different tasks in care, support, accompaniment, and counseling.

These include in particular:
Care and support of people with different support and care needs
Support with activities of daily living
Observation and assessment of health status
Implementation of nursing measures within the scope of your competencies
Documentation of services rendered
Collaboration with interprofessional teams
Support during personnel shortages and increased workload
Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Appreciative communication with cared-for persons and their relatives

What you bring with you
Ideally, you have training or professional experience in the health or social sector, for example as:
Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
Assistent/in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA
Pflegehelfer/in SRK
Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
or with a comparable qualification
