• Management of a ventilation department with four project managers and seven fitters
• Responsibility for revenue, results, and sustainable growth
• Expansion of direct customer business
• Recognizing and utilizing market opportunities
• Calculation and offer processing
• Leadership and further development of the team
• Cooperation with customers, employees, and partners

Profile

• Experience in the ventilation industry and in the project business
• Technical know-how and commercial understanding
• Experience in calculation, tendering, or project control
• Interest in sales, calculation, and business development
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Team-oriented personality with high social competence
