Team Leader Cloud Infrastructure Services 80 - 100% # The Amt für Informatik (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zürich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for the directorates, authorities, justice system and independent institutions. Tasked with the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Amt für Informatik accompanies and supports the Canton of Zürich into the digital world. - Operate, further develop cloud infrastructure and help shape the digital transformation of the canton. As Team Leader Cloud Infrastructure Services, you will take over the technical and personnel leadership of a team of 7 employees and the responsibility for the canton-wide cloud infrastructure. Together with your team, you will ensure a secure, stable and future-oriented operation of the cloud platforms and actively drive their strategic further development. The Cloud Services team is responsible for the Azure Cloud infrastructure, the virtual server platforms as well as the DevOps and application platforms of the Canton of Zürich and works closely with the other cloud and backend teams of the AFI. Your tasks: ### • You lead the Cloud Services team technically and personally and develop it continuously. • You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the Azure Cloud infrastructure, the virtual server platforms as well as the DevOps and application platforms. • You ensure 2nd and 3rd level support as well as the stable and secure operation of the cloud environments. • You participate in the creation and implementation of the canton-wide cloud strategy and take over the solution architecture in the specialist department. • You advise internal customers and create and review concepts and specifications in the specialist department. • You lead and monitor external service providers with a focus on service engineering. Your profile: ### • Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable. • Around 9 years of professional experience, including several years in the specialist/specialty area of Cloud/Infrastructure as well as several years of leadership experience, ideally in provider management. • Sound knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure Cloud. • Experience with virtual server platforms, DevOps environments and application platforms. • Very good German and English skills (technical English). • Willingness to be scheduled within the framework of on-call duty if required.
