Your contribution

• Support of customers by telephone and at the counter: providing information, advice, as well as competent handling or forwarding of customer inquiries in all sectors
• Preparation and processing of offers and applications in the private and corporate customer sector (all insurance sectors)
• Complete appointment pre- and post-processing for the field service
• Reactive as well as active scheduling for the customer advisors
• Support of the customer advisors in various administrative and organizational activities
• Conducting clarifications and close cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Cooperation in a well-coordinated, flexible back-office team with mutual support and versatile task knowledge
• Support and collaboration in the further development and goal achievement of the general agency

Your skills and talents

• You have completed training as a VBV insurance intermediary (all sectors) and ideally have experience in various insurance businesses
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as the expansion of existing customer relationships (sales flair)
• High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
• Reliable, motivated, proactive, and resilient personality combined with a swift way of working
• Convincing appearance with enjoyment in dealing with people
• Positive and winning manner, team player
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, any further language is an advantage
