Real Estate Manager

Our client is an established organization in non-profit housing construction that stands for sustainable living concepts, stability, and a high quality of life. Your tasks: • Independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties • Responsibility for lettings as well as the processing of move-ins and move-outs • Re-letting of objects • Conducting viewings • Acceptances and handovers • Processing of terminations • Creation and review of rental agreements, also for more complex agreements • Management of the dunning process • First point of contact for concerns of tenants • Contact with tenants, tradespeople, etc. Your profile: • Commercial or equivalent basic training • Several years of experience in real estate management • Further education in the real estate sector (e.g., clerk) would be welcome or willingness to do so • Strong communication skills and high service orientation • Structured, independent, and networked way of working • Confident handling of IT tools and MS Office • Driver's license category B What awaits you: • Responsible activity with great scope for design • Meaningful environment in non-profit housing construction • Committed, collegial team with short decision-making paths • Modern working conditions and stable organizational structure • Opportunity for professional and personal development
