Your responsibility

You support the LIKA-Gruppe in all legal matters and contribute significantly to the legal and economic securing of our real estate and construction projects:

• Legal advice in all relevant areas of law, particularly construction, contract, real estate, and corporate law
• Representation of the companies in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, particularly in civil, mediation, arbitration, and debt enforcement proceedings, as well as with administrative authorities, especially in land-related proceedings, e.g., in connection with construction liens and real estate law disputes.
• Review, preparation, and negotiation of contracts such as works contracts, general contractor contracts, purchase and rental agreements, as well as other project-relevant agreements
• Coordination and cooperation with external lawyers, notaries, authorities, and other external stakeholders
• Identification, assessment, and management of legal risks as well as the development of practical and economic solutions
• Participation in the further development of internal processes, contract templates, and guidelines

Your profile

• Completed studies in law (MLaw or comparable), admission to the bar is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Several years of professional experience as Inhouse Counsel or in a law firm, preferably in the construction and real estate environment
• Very good knowledge of Swiss contract and corporate law
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of personal responsibility, independence, and structured way of working
• Confident appearance and enjoyment of working with internal and external contact persons
• German: C2 – Native speaker level
• English: fluent orally and in writing
• Other languages: Italian and/or French are an advantage
